Voor verdere groei is CitySwitch op zoek naar passende locaties. Iedere vestiging is een uitvalsbasis voor Last Mile Logistics, dus een gunstige ligging ten opzichte van het stadscentrum én de snelweg is een must. Een perceel is minimaal 12.500 m² groot.

Criteria CitySwitch location
To be able to operate a branch successfully, the preconditions must be guaranteed. Every location meets the following criteria:
- Appropriate use zoning plan (business park, environmental category at least 3.1)
- Plot from at least 12,500 m² (suitable for 2 units) to 25,000 m² (suitable for 4 units)
- At least 10 metres building height
- Easily accessible from the motorway
- Good connections to the city delivery area
Fast and decisive
CitySwitch is een volledig uitgewerkt concept, ontwikkeld door. Dat maakt snel handelen mogelijk. Na het verwerven van exclusiviteit kan de grond snel worden afgenomen. Daarna duurt het achttien maanden voordat een vestigingmvolledig operationeel is.
